Refund Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for a Smart Trips AI subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with an equivalent right, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase for any reason. To withdraw, email qbitz.ai@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Withdrawal".
Note: by starting to use paid features within the 14-day window you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed for that billing period. Where the service has only been partially used, we will refund a pro rata amount.
2. Outside the withdrawal period
Subscriptions are non-refundable outside the cooling-off period above, except where required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window remain active until the end of the paid term and do not auto-renew. We do not pro-rate refunds for the remainder of an annual term unless required by law.
4. Failed charges and accidental purchases
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, account you did not authorise, or a clear technical fault), email us within 30 days and we will refund the full amount within 14 days of approval.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
6. How to request a refund
- Email qbitz.ai@gmail.com from your account email.
- Include your invoice number or the date of charge.
- Tell us briefly why you are requesting a refund.
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
